NEW ZEALAND
Order Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
Delivery Times: Standard shipping within New Zealand takes 1–3 working days. Rural deliveries may take an extra 1–2 days.

- FREE SHIPPING - Orders over $150 NZD
- $5 NZD FLAT RATE - Orders under $150 NZD
AUSTRALIA

Delivery Times: Standard shipping shipping to Australia takes 3–10 working days
SHIPPING COSTS:
- FREE SHIPPING - Orders over $150 AUD
- $5 AUD FLAT RATE - Orders under $150 AUD
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
- Contact us at contact@calabeachessentials.com.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package
- Do not send items back before requesting a return, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, Cala will process your refund, which can take 2-4 days to show in your bank account
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it for you quickly.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
