How long does delivery take?
New Zealand → Delivery takes between 1–3 working days.
Rural deliveries take an additional 1–2 days.
Australia → Delivery takes between 3–10 working days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do!
New Zealand → Free shipping on orders over $150 NZD.
Australia → Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
Orders below these amounts incur a $5 flat-rate shipping fee.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
